How to Earn Points
Customers earn points with every purchase according to the following mechanism:
Every 10 AED spent = 1 point
Examples:
- Purchase worth 100 AED = 10 points
- Purchase worth 500 AED = 50 points
- Purchase worth 1,000 AED = 100 points
How to Redeem Points
Points can be redeemed for any product from Art Point Scent within the Loyalty Program once the required number of points for each product is reached. Redemption is based on the product’s original price.
Points Validity
Points are valid for 365 days from the date they are earned.
General Terms & Conditions
- Points are non-transferable between accounts.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points are calculated based on the original product price before discounts.
- Points are not earned on bundle offers.
- Redeeming points is subject to free shipping conditions.
- Art Point Scent reserves the right to modify the Loyalty Program terms when necessary.
