Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
• During high demand periods, slight delays may occur, and customers will be notified accordingly.


2. Shipping Within the UAE
• Delivery within major cities عادة takes 1–3 business days.
• Shipments to remote areas may take additional time.
• Customers must ensure that the provided phone number and WhatsApp number are correct so the shipping company can contact them via:
• Phone call
• WhatsApp message
• SMS (if available)

Important Notice:
Delivery personnel are not employees of Art Point General Trading LLC and may not speak Arabic.
Any errors or delays caused by them are solely the responsibility of the shipping company.


3. Same-Day Delivery (Dubai Only)
• Same-day delivery may be available for orders confirmed before 12:00 PM.
• This service is only arranged through direct coordination with the Art Point Scent sales team.
• Additional charges may apply.


4. International & GCC Shipping
• International shipping is available to selected countries.
• Delivery time varies depending on the destination, customs, and shipping providers (typically 5–12 business days).
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees if applicable.


5. Shipping of Oils & Devices

Fragrance Oils:
• Carefully packaged to prevent leakage.
• Some countries may restrict shipping oils due to regulations.

Diffuser Devices:
• Fully protected packaging to ensure safe delivery.
• Pallets may be used for large commercial orders.


6. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
• If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.
• Inaccurate addresses may lead to delays or additional charges.
• The Company is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.


7. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be sent after shipment via one of the following:
• Email
• WhatsApp
• SMS (if available)


8. Delivery Confirmation
• Customers must inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt.
• Any damage, leakage, or missing items must be reported within 24–48 hours.


9. Shipping Fees
• Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, destination, and service speed.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on the Company’s side.


10. Store Pickup

Customers may collect their orders from:

Dubai Branch – Head Office
Industrial Area 1 – Sheikh Saeed Al Maktoum Complex – Warehouse No. 183

Al Ain Branch – Bawadi Mall
Ground Floor – Opposite Carrefour

Pickup hours: Daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, except Sunday.
