• Opened or used oils
• Diffuser devices after use
• Products without original packaging
• Products damaged due to misuse
6.2 Warranty Policy (Updated Terms)
First: Rechargeable Diffusers (Built-in Battery)
• Warranty period: One year
• Covers manufacturing defects only
Second: Electric Devices (Without Battery)
• Warranty period: Two years
• Covers manufacturing defects only
6.3 Warranty & Inspection Procedures
In case of malfunction:

• The Company does not cover shipping or pickup costs
• The customer must deliver the device during working hours
• After inspection:
• If the defect is manufacturing-related, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge
• If caused by misuse, maintenance fees will apply
7. Intellectual Property
All content including:
texts, images, designs, videos, logos, and technical materials are the property of Art Point Scent.
They may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.
8. Scent Identity Services (B2B)
When requesting these services, the client acknowledges that:
• Fragrance formulations are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company
• Formulas and compositions will not be disclosed
• Manufacturing the fragrance through a third party is prohibited
• Technical files are retained internally by the Company
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for:
• Misuse
• Allergic reactions
• Damage caused by non-original oils
• Delays caused by shipping providers
• Losses resulting from user negligence
Maximum liability is limited to the value of the product.
10. User Accounts
• Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
• The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of misuse

The Company is not responsible for the content of external websites linked to the platform.
12. Governing Law
