1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
• Customers may cancel their order within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been shipped.
• If the cancellation is made within the allowed time frame, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
• No cancellation fees are applied during this period.
2. Order Cancellation After Shipment
• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
• Customers may request a return in accordance with the company’s Return and Refund Policy.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on the company’s side.
3. Cancellations for Tabby or Tamara Orders
• For orders paid via Tabby or Tamara:
• A cancellation notification is automatically sent to the financing provider.
• Installment plans will be adjusted or paused according to Tabby or Tamara policies.
• Refund processing may take several business days depending on the provider.
• The company is not responsible for any late fees or policies imposed by Tabby or Tamara.
4. Company-Initiated Cancellations
Art Point Scent reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:
• Payment failure
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Incorrect address or inaccurate information provided
• Product unavailability
• Inability to contact the customer to confirm the order
The customer will be notified of the cancellation via email or WhatsApp.
