These terms apply to all electronic payment transactions made عبر the Art Point Scent website, whether using bank cards, digital wallets, or Buy Now Pay Later services (Tabby and Tamara).
By using any payment method on the website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods (depending on availability in the customer’s country):
• Visa
• Mastercard
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Debit cards
• Tabby
• Tamara
2. Payment Security
• All payments are processed through secure SSL-encrypted channels.
• We do not store any sensitive payment card information on our servers.
• Payment data is processed solely by authorized payment providers in compliance with PCI DSS Level 1 standards.
3. Identity Verification & Fraud Prevention
Art Point Scent reserves the right to:
• Request customer identity verification
• Request a masked copy of the payment card for verification
• Suspend or cancel suspicious transactions
• Reject any payment suspected of fraud
4. Payment Processing
• The payment amount will be charged immediately upon order completion.
• If the payment fails, the order will be automatically canceled.
• Your bank may require 3D Secure authentication to verify the cardholder.
5. Returns & Refunds
All refunds are subject to the Company’s Return & Refund Policy.
If a refund is approved:
• The amount will be returned via the original payment method
• The process may take 7–14 business days (depending on the bank)
6. Tabby & Tamara (Buy Now, Pay Later)
Art Point Scent offers “Buy Now, Pay Later” options through Tabby and Tamara.
By using either service, you explicitly agree to the following:
6.1 General Terms
• Installment or deferred payment requests are processed directly by Tabby or Tamara.
• The Company has no control over approval or rejection decisions.
• Customers must review the provider’s terms before completing payment.
6.2 Approval or Rejection
• Transactions may be approved or declined based on:
• Credit history
• Available credit limit
• Internal policies of Tabby or Tamara
Art Point Scent is not responsible for any payment rejected by Tabby or Tamara.
6.3 Fees & Charges
• Art Point Scent does not impose any additional fees for Tabby or Tamara payments.
• Customers are responsible for any late fees imposed by Tabby or Tamara.
• Understanding applicable fees is the sole responsibility of the customer.
6.4 Cancellations & Refunds
• If an order is canceled or a return is approved, the payment schedule will be updated automatically with Tabby/Tamara.
• Refunds, if applicable, are processed through Tabby or Tamara—not directly by the Company.
• Processing may take several business days.
6.5 Disputes
Any disputes related to payments, installments, fees, or delays must be raised directly with Tabby or Tamara.
The Company is not responsible for managing or modifying installment schedules.
7. Fees & Taxes
• Prices include VAT (5%) within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for international orders, if applicable.
8. Transaction Cancellation
The Company reserves the right to cancel any payment transaction in the following cases:
• Failed payment authorization
• Incorrect information provided
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to contact the customer for confirmation
9. Customer Responsibilities
• Ensure the accuracy of payment details
• Ensure sufficient balance is available
• Do not share payment information
• Accept any applicable banking fees
10. Limitation of Liability
Art Point Scent is not responsible for:
• Errors caused by banks
• Delays from payment providers
• Additional bank-imposed fees
• Technical issues with external payment gateways
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
UAE courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
