This policy outlines the terms of returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranties for our devices and fragrance oils.
1. Product Eligibility for Return
We accept return or exchange requests only in the following cases:
First: Damaged or Defective Products
If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Order number
• Deion of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the defect
After verification, the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the case.
Second: Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a product different from what was ordered, it will be replaced at no additional cost.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Opened or used fragrance oils
• Used diffuser devices
• Oils with broken seals
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products without original packaging
• Products purchased under special offers (unless defective)
3. Return Acceptance Conditions
A return will only be accepted if the product:
• Is unused and in its original condition
• Includes original packaging, accessories, and manuals
• Has a return request submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Has been inspected and approved by our technical team
We reserve the right to reject any return if:
• There are signs of use
• There is damage or scratches
• There are attempts to open or tamper with the device
• Improper use caused the damage
4. Refund Policy
If the return is approved:
• The refund will be issued through the original payment method
• The refund process takes 7–14 business days
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side
5. Exchange Policy
A free replacement will be provided in case of:
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect product delivery
• Fault detected within the warranty period
Exchanges are subject to product availability in stock.
6. Warranty Policy (Updated Terms)
First: Battery-Operated Devices (Rechargeable)
Includes portable devices, car diffusers, and devices with built-in batteries.
Warranty period: One year from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:
• Device drops or physical damage
• Oil leakage into the device
• Use of incompatible chargers
• Use of non-original oils
• Natural battery wear and tear
Second: Electric Diffusers (Without Battery)
Includes large home units, professional devices, and HVAC scenting systems.
Warranty period: Two years from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:
• Damage caused by voltage fluctuations
• Oil entering the pump or electronic board
• Opening or attempting to repair the device outside our service centers
• Improper use or incorrect installation
7. Warranty & Inspection Procedures
In case of malfunction after use, the device must be delivered to:

• The company does not cover shipping or transportation costs
• The customer must deliver the device personally during working hours
• The device will be inspected within a reasonable timeframe
• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge
• If the issue is due to misuse, maintenance fees will apply
8. Return Shipping
If the error is from the company:
We cover the full shipping cost.
If the error is from the customer:
Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund or charged directly.
9. Order Cancellation
An order can be canceled if:
• It has not been shipped yet
• A cancellation request is submitted within 2 hours of purchase
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
