Return Period
Customers can initiate a return within three days from the date of receiving the order from the shipping company.

Incorrect Address or Contact Information
If there is an error in the address or contact number provided by the customer, ART POINT GENERAL TRADING L.L.C will not be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Order Processing Time
ART POINT GENERAL TRADING L.L.C aims to process and deliver all orders within 3 working days. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Days
We ship orders on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed outside of working hours will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are included in the product prices for the UAE Market. For international shipments, shipping fees will be generated by the system based on your country’s location.
International Delivery
International deliveries typically take 6 to 8 business days from the date of shipment. However, customs delays, if any, are beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order within a maximum of three hours after making the payment.
